Eating the rainbow has never been more fun, or healthy, in this mango rainbow smoothie bowl. Isn’t is pretty? Almost too pretty to eat, I’d say! Mango and banana are blended together to form the base of this gorgeous smoothie bowl, which is then topped with a variety of healthy fresh fruits. Freeze your mango slices ahead of time if you can’t find them in the freezer section of your grocery store.
You can switch up the fruits you top this rainbow smoothie bowl with, as long as you keep the same colors of the rainbow. Instead of strawberries, why not try raspberries or cherries? Instead of pineapple, you can use banana slices. Instead of kiwi, try fresh green grapes. The possibilities are endless!
This rainbow smoothie bowl is made with the following ingredients: frozen mango chunks, banana, plain yogurt, and honey.
The toppings on this rainbow smoothie bowl include sliced fresh strawberries, sliced fresh pineapple, sliced kiwi, blueberries and blackberries.
Enjoy a little bit of everything in this rainbow smoothie bowl. The variety of fruits for the toppings give you a huge daily dose of vitamin C. The blueberries and blackberries are powerful disease-fighting fruits, as they contain a high amount of healthy antioxidants. Mangoes may protect against some cancers, and are high in vitamin A making them a healthy fruit choice for your eyes.
